£7M Academy of Sport and Wellbeing housing a range of facilities from a sports hall and fitness studios to beauty salon and climbing centre.

£20M The new building includes a purpose-built studio space, innovative fitness suite with add-on multi-use studio, additional three-court sports hall, strength and conditioning area, as well as a new high performance suite. Users of the building also benefit from enhanced changing facilities and communal spaces. The existing 50m Olympic swimming pool, six-court indoor tennis courts and eight-court sports hall are all connected as part of the new building.

£6.6M primary school comprising eight class rooms, library, assembly hall, nursery, community room, changing rooms and MUGA sports pitch. On completion the old school was demolished and a new public play park and grass sports field was constructed in its place.

£37.9M project, originally conceived as three grade A office buildings, but now joined by a glass atrium to create a sustainable university campus built in partnership with the University of the West of Scotland.

£5M building as part of the Kings Buildings Campus at the University of Edinburgh. It provides high grade engineering laboratories and teaching space in a functional, energy efficient building. The William Rankine building features the first façade integrated photo-voltaic system (FIS) installed in Scotland.

£9.1M East End Campus of Glasgow Kelvin College. The John Wheatley College building is designed to be sustainable and energy efficient, incorporating elements such as a biomass boiler and rainwater harvesting as well as exceptional levels of high quality insulation.

Glasgow School of Art
£30M iconic new build by Steven Holl. The five story building with bespoke laminated glass curtain walling wraps around the Assembly Building, which houses the school’s popular student union. The building is centred on three concrete shafts which provide light and ventilation around a central circulation stair. The studios were constructed with exposed concrete finishes to create a robust functional space for students.
